Project Description & Details:

As a UX Researcher for Client , you will lead user research and experience metrics measurement for projects of moderate to high complexity. You will collaborate with product teams to identify research questions, design studies, and deliver actionable insights that shape digital product experiences. Your work will directly influence ease of use, feature adoption, onboarding, and overall user satisfaction for Client’s solutions.

Requirements for the Role:

Must reside within driving distance of Urbandale, Iowa , and be available for regional travel to conduct research.
4+ years of hands-on UX research experience, including study design, execution, and analysis.
4+ years working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Business).
3+ years presenting research findings to stakeholders.
3+ years in technology/product development processes.
Experience with research software tools (1-3 years).

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, Psychology, Engineering, IT, Information Science , or related field (or equivalent experience).
Work experience in a team environment (1-3 years).

What Makes You Stand Out:

Proven ability to champion user experience and influence product design decisions.
Experience in product discovery, research, and metrics-driven design .
Knowledge of agriculture/construction equipment and applications.
