Job Description

Kavaliro is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Project Manager for a corporate client in Orlando, FL. This role is focused on managing strategic integration projects, particularly involving mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a strong background in project coordination, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:
Lead and support integration projects related to mergers and acquisitions.
Coordinate with leadership, legal, and compliance teams to ensure timely and successful onboarding of acquired companies.
Manage the transfer of professional licenses, certifications, and equipment registrations in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
Ensure all project milestones and deliverables are met while maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
Present project updates and progress reports to senior leadership.
Track compliance and risk mitigation strategies throughout the integration process.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate project management.
Strong communication and organizational skills; able to present confidently to leadership.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Experience in regulatory or legal environments is a plus.
Familiarity with professional licensing and corporate compliance processes is desirable.
