Are you a Superintendent looking for your next immediately available, nights based, 1099 contract role with a leading retail construction company?
My client is looking for a Superintendent to oversee and manage all daily onsite construction activities across Walmart stores in McHenry County, Illinois. You will coordinate subcontractors, ensure compliance with Walmart standards, building codes, and more.
The project requires someone to take full ownership of on-site activities - planning, scheduling, safety enforcement, and final inspection, to ensure the job is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
In this role, you’ll be working throughout the evening, where you will be coordinating with Walmart representatives and sub-contractors, whilst working night shifts to minimize disruption to store operations.
This role would suit a Superintendent who is looking for an immediately available, nights based 1099 contract role with a respected retail construction contractor.
