Job Title: Associate Procurement Analyst (Temp-to-Perm)

Location: On-site | Axis, AL

Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour

Job Type: Contract, Temporary (with potential for permanent hire)

Schedule: Full-time | 8–10 hour shifts | 40 hours/week

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Procurement Analyst to join our clients Supply Chain team in a temp-to-perm capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates looking to launch a career in procurement, supply chain, or operations management.

In this role, you will contribute to procurement processes that support our client's operational efficiency, including supplier onboarding, contract management, payment term updates, and traveler support. You will work closely with experienced procurement professionals and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, improve workflows, and contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure supplier onboarding aligns with due diligence and compliance standards.
• Update and manage commodity codes to maintain accurate procurement records.
• Review and implement changes to supplier payment methods and payment terms in accordance with corporate guidelines.
• Upload and manage contract documentation in the procurement system, ensuring all relevant details (e.g., term, owner, value) are recorded accurately.
• Provide support for employee travel-related procurement and logistical needs.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve procurement challenges and enhance operational workflows.
• Proactively seek opportunities for process improvements within assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.
• Comfortable preparing reports and presenting information to internal teams or stakeholder groups.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
