Job Summary
We are now hiring for a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our client’s growing team in Mobile, Alabama!
Our client is a leader in the PVF (Pipes, Valves, & Fittings) industry and is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at their fast-paced facility. The ideal candidate is experienced in warehouse management, passionate about operational excellence, and has a strong focus on safety, team development, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping/receiving, quality assurance, and logistics.
· Lead, train, and coach a team of warehouse staff and supervisors to meet productivity and customer service goals.
· Ensure safety procedures, compliance, and equipment maintenance standards are met.
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
· Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with leadership to drive improvements.
· Support continuous improvement efforts and promote a strong safety culture.
· Maintain accurate records of inventory, workflow, and staffing needs.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years in an operations or warehouse management role.
· Prior experience managing employees.
· PVF industry experience is REQUIRED.
· Bilingual in English/Spanish is a PLUS.
· High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree PLUS.
