We are searching for a Senior Human Resources Business Parter to oversee compliance with federal and state regulations for both the Distribution Center in Auburndale, Florida and corporate office in California.
Responsibilities include managing company-wide Employee Relations programs, investigating complaints, and staying updated on HR, Payroll, Workers Compensation, Safety, and Security regulations. This role also collaborates with Worker's Compensation, Safety, and Security administrators. Onsite role in a Distribution Center; $42 DOE
