Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Onsite, 5 Days a Week (Cleveland, OH)

Duration: 12-Week Contract

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team for a 12-week project. The ideal candidate will assist with assembling racking systems and optimizing inventory organization. This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions closely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble racking systems accurately and safely based on provided specifications
• Mark and label inventory locations to enhance warehouse organization
• Assist with managing and organizing project equipment
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines
• Follow all company safety protocols and warehouse guidelines

Qualifications:

• Available to work 40 hours per week onsite
• Ability to consistently lift 50+ lbs
• Previous warehouse or hospital materials experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Skills:

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong organizational habits and work discipline

Working Conditions:

• Physically demanding position requiring standing, walking, and lifting throughout the day
