Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite - 2 Days Remote

Pay Rate: $21/Hour W2

What You’ll Do:

• Support day-to-day supply chain operations, including:
• Inventory management
• Forecasting and planning
• Order and credit management
• Assembly coordination
• Collaborate across departments on improvement initiatives and special projects
• Learn from industry leaders and gain exposure to senior executives
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (within the past 12 months)
• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (engineering degree is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Self-starter with high emotional intelligence and a customer service mindset
• Willingness and ability to commute to both New York and New Jersey locations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
