Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

📍 Hollister, CA & Gilroy, CA | School-Based positions

💰 $40 - $43/hour (Contract)

🕘 School Hours: 7:45am–3:30pm

We’re hiring two full-time SLPAs to join our team at Cross Country Education ! If you’re passionate about supporting K–8th grade students and want to make a difference while working closely with a licensed SLP, this is a great opportunity.

Open Roles:

• Location: Hollister, CA 95023
• • Caseload: ~40 students
• • Full-time on-site working with a virtual SLP
• Gilroy, CA 95020
• • Full-time, in-person

Qualifications:

✅ Valid California License as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology OR SLPA certificate program completion

✅ Bilingual in Spanish a plus (not required)

Essential Functions:

• Assist the SLP in assessments, therapy, and student progress documentation
• Support with materials prep, equipment checks, and augmentative communication devices
• Work independently while following SLP-developed plans
• Maintain confidentiality and flexibility in a dynamic school setting
