Overview

A rapidly scaling, venture-backed tech-enabled insurance company is hiring a Senior Manager of FP&A to take ownership of all core budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling efforts. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will work directly with the founders to build the financial foundation for the next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and build dynamic financial models , operating plans , and scenario forecasts
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and implement rolling forecasts to support decision-making
  • Partner directly with the CEO to take financial responsibilities off their plate and build scalable processes
  • Provide strategic insights across departments to drive business performance and cost optimization
  • Prepare financial dashboards and board-level materials with clarity and precision
  • Step in on special projects — from launching new initiatives to operationalizing business experiments

What You Bring

  • 6–10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance (startup experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to build models from scratch and translate financial data into business insights
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge assumptions in leadership conversations
  • Ideally based in Denver or open to a hybrid setup
