Due to our tremendous growth, and high-volume sales territories available, we are seeking top sales professionals to join the Windows USA family. At Windows USA, we know that investing time, energy, and money to develop our sales team is critical to our success. The training, marketing materials, pre-set appointments, and ongoing sales support prove the importance we place on serving our Sales Contractors, who represent Windows USA.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage pre-qualified leads in a one-call-close environment through rapport building, product knowledge, and excellent presentation skills
  • LISTEN! Provide prospective customers with options that align with their expressed home improvement needs.
  • Maintain CRM records and other customer-related documentation.
  • Ensure customers’ understanding of all things related to their window home improvement project, e.g., pricing, financing, expected lead times, etc.

Job Type: Contract

Compensation Package: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year (Commission pay)

  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Houston, TX - Relocate before starting work (Required)
