Key Responsibilities
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with proven expertise in configuring and managing Salesforce environments.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Proficiency in Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and user management.
Ability to elicit and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user feedback.
Translate business needs into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring key deliverables are met.
Strong sense of ownership and ability to self-direct workload based on urgency and impact.
Proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks or conflicts in timeline
Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including business process workflows, data flow diagrams, and solution architecture.
Ensure proper documentation of configuration changes, release notes, and system enhancements.
Adhere to university policies, industry best practices, and compliance standards for Salesforce administration.
Ensure data quality, perform deduplication, and oversee data migrations.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
