Pay Rate: Base $60,000K + Commissions

We are hiring a well-established, industry-leading company in the commercial services sector seeking a Service Sales Representative to join their growing team. This is a business-to-business (B2B) outside sales role focused on developing and selling preventive maintenance service contracts to new and existing commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calls, emails, door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals
• Set sales appointments with key decision-makers at prospective client companies
• Build long-term relationships through multi-touch sales cycles (up to 18 months)
• Understand client needs and present tailored service solutions
• Prepare and submit professional proposals and documentation
• Log all sales activity into CRM system in a timely manner
• Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with prospects and existing clients

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of successful outside B2B sales experience (construction, facilities, or related industry preferred)
• Experience in long-cycle, consultative sales environments
• Roofing or construction knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Comfortable traveling locally 80% of the time and inspecting commercial roofs (ladders, heights, etc.)
