Title: Project Coordinator – Lead

Location: Hybrid – (Remote M/F, In-Office T/W/Th) | Corporate Office, Dublin, CA

Pay: $68,640 - $70,000 yearly

Support Visual Merchandising & Fixture Projects for a Global Brand

As a Project Coordinator – Lead, you will play a key role in coordinating visual merchandising, fixture development, and in-store experience projects across company stores, experience centers, and corporate campuses. This role requires strong organizational and project management skills to support product launches, store updates, and fixture rollouts while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business priorities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and store operations to execute visual merchandising strategies and maintain a seamless customer experience in physical retail spaces.

> What You’ll Do

Project Coordination & Execution:

  • Support the development and execution of visual merchandising and fixture initiatives for retail stores, experience centers, and corporate locations.
  • Assist in managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Help coordinate fixture installations, product placements, and store updates to enhance the retail experience.
  • Review and provide input on 3D store layouts, floor maps, and creative briefs to ensure cohesive design execution.

Fixture & Display Development:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, demo strategy, store operations, and design) to support fixture projects from concept through production and installation.
  • Help manage prototyping and testing of fixtures, props, and furniture to meet quality and functionality standards.
  • Support vendor coordination for fixture fabrication, shipping, and installation.

Collaboration & Process Improvement:

  • Assist in preparing briefing decks, visual merchandising updates, and store implementation guides for internal teams.
  • Maintain project tracking, documentation, and reporting to keep teams informed on progress and deliverables.
  • Provide support for store openings, remodels, and seasonal resets, ensuring smooth execution of visual updates.
  • Help manage fixture lab environments and organize sample reviews for product evaluation.

> What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, retail operations, fixture development, or visual merchandising.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors in a retail or corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail store layouts, product displays, and merchandising guidelines.
  • Experience working with fixture design, prototypes, or production vendors is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to support collaboration across teams.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks, or PDF Pro is a plus.
