The Role

As our Retail & Inventory Specialist , you’ll play a key role at the front desk and retail redemption area , making sure inventory is well-managed, guests are engaged, and staff are supported.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain an organized inventory system
• Train team members on inventory control processes
• Manage weekly inventory counts and cost controls
• Assist with guest check-ins, ticketing, and retail sales
• Recommend attractions and products to enhance guest experience
• Provide exceptional guest service while reducing wait times
• Assist with front desk & party staff training
• Lead by example in punctuality, professionalism, and service
• Respond appropriately to guest requests, complaints, and emergencies
• Support opening, mid-day, and closing operations

• ? Proven retail and inventory management experience (required)
• ? Strong organizational and leadership skills
