Job Description

Our client is seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to be the face of their bustling office, welcoming visitors and supporting essential administrative and organizational tasks with precision and care. In this multi-faceted role, you’ll manage reception duties, visitor security, office maintenance, meeting preparation, and daily lunch coordination—all while ensuring the smooth operation of shared spaces.   • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred with 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional service (e.g., law, consulting) or financial services environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Office 365 (specifically Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), as well as Zoom or a similar videoconferencing application is preferred.
  • Given the nature of the Receptionist’s responsibilities, the successful candidate will need to be comfortable with moderate amount of lifting / physical activity that comes with managing an office space and preparing meeting/event spaces.
