IT Project Manager – Infrastructure & Security (US & Europe)

Location : Houston, TX

Job Type : 12-Month Contract

Are you a strategic and detail-driven Technical Project Manager with a passion for delivering impactful technology change? We’re looking for a dynamic professional to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of IT initiatives across the US and Europe, with a strong focus on Infrastructure and Security domains.

What You’ll Do

• Lead multiple concurrent projects (up to $4M) using both waterfall and agile (Kanban/Scrum) methodologies.
• Collaborate with sponsors and tech managers to define scope, schedule, and resource plans.
• Drive risk mitigation, dependency management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Facilitate workshops, standups, and reviews to keep teams aligned and accountable.
• Manage third-party vendors and internal teams to delivery targets.
• Track and report on financials, benefits realization, and project outcomes.
• Ensure transparency and alignment with enterprise governance frameworks.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience managing tech implementations in Infrastructure and Security.
• Project Management certification (PMI, PMP, PRINCE2).
• Strong command of Microsoft Project, Visio, and collaboration tools.
• Experience working with distributed teams across time zones and cultures.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to balance detail orientation with strategic thinking.
