Job Description

We are seeking motivated Production Operators to join our Microchip Manufacturing team.

This is an entry-level opportunity with no prior experience required. You will perform tasks that support the production of high-quality products while working in a cleanroom environment. Paid training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow standard operating procedures, safety rules, and work instructions.
• Operate automated or manual manufacturing equipment.
• Inspect parts, identify defective units, and report abnormalities to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate work orders and perform material inventory.
• Support continuous improvement, efficiency, and safety in the workplace.
• Be cross-trained across various production operations.
• Perform additional duties as directed by Line Leader/Section Head.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods in a repetitive manufacturing environment.
• Good verbal communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred (but not required):

• Vocational training or Associate’s degree.
• Prior experience in assembly, process operation, or microscope/hand tools.

Work Environment:

• Cleanroom environment : employees wear protective garments (coat, gloves, hairnet, shoe covers).
• Must follow strict lab and hygiene rules (no makeup, perfume, open-toe shoes).
