Job Description

Job Title: Licensed Pharmacy Technician – Inventory & Operations Support

Shift: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM PST (1-hour lunch)

Location: Redlands, CA

Adecco is seeking a Licensed Pharmacy Technician to support prescription fulfillment and inventory operations for a leading healthcare company at their Redlands, CA site.

This role combines technical pharmacy tasks with inventory management and operational support to ensure efficient and accurate medication dispensing.

Pay- The anticipated wage for this position is between $21.00 and $21.28.

Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

Requirements:

  • Must possess an active CA Pharmacy Technician License.
  • HSD or GED
  • At least six months of experience as a pharmacy technician.

Key Responsibilities:

Prescription Fulfillment:

  • Accurately fill medication orders using in-house systems and automated counters (EYECON).
  • Assist pharmacists with scanning, labeling, and preparing prescriptions.
  • Review orders for special instructions (e.g., safety caps) and include necessary paperwork and supplies.
  • Maintain and clean pill counting equipment.

Inventory Management:

  • Receive, track, and reconcile inventory balances.
  • Perform cycle counts, manage returns, and monitor product trends and shortages.
  • Replenish stock and remove short-dated or expired products.
  • Maintain SOX documentation and adhere to standard operating procedures.

Operational Support:

  • Ensure pick stations and refrigerators are well-stocked and organized.
  • Provide packing supplies and support to Operations Assistants.
  • Perform packing, shipping, and cleaning duties as needed (10–20% of the workday).

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a pharmacy or inventory management setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Data entry skills
  • Physically capable of lifting 50–70 lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods.
