Office Manager

On-site: Lake Forest, CA

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations while supporting core Human Resources functions. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You will be the go-to person for office coordination, employee engagement, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive and well-maintained work environment.
  • Manage office supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, events, and travel logistics.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and external partners.

Human Resources Support

  • Assist with recruitment coordination including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support benefits administration, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
  • Help implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate training sessions and track completion of mandatory programs.

Administrative Duties

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Support leadership with calendar management and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold data integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in office management and/or HR administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and office operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience with employee relations and performance management processes.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits coordination.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
