Shift: Day Shift - 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM

Pay Rate $15.00-16.95 /hr

Responsibilities:

• Support finishing area including screening product components and kit assembly.
• Prepare packing materials and supplies for finishing activities.
• Assist in reviewing paperwork and logbooks for the department.
• Ensure maintenance of quality systems and cGMP compliance by following processes, procedures, and instructions.
• Comply with safety policies, rules, and regulations; ensure team compliance as well.
• Work on problems of limited scope using standard practices and procedures.
• Collaborate primarily with internal teams in a fast-paced, safety-oriented environment.
• Perform duties in a laboratory environment while adhering to gowning and safety requirements (scrubs, hairnet, plant-dedicated shoes).
• Adapt to working conditions such as standing for long periods, excessive noise, heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), repetitive motion, and confined spaces.

Required Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Proven logic, decision-making abilities, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to comply with cGMP, quality, and safety standards.
• Capability to handle physical requirements of the role (standing, lifting, repetitive motions, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

Desired/Preferred Skills

• AS/BS degree, preferably in a science-related discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience (some prior manufacturing experience preferred).
• Familiarity with laboratory or manufacturing processes.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills (paperwork/logbook review).
