Job Description

Part of the Interparfums group founded in 1982, Interparfums USA develops, manufactures and distributes prestige perfumes and cosmetics as the exclusive worldwide licensee for Abercrombie & Fitch, Anna Sui, Donna Karan, DKNY, Graff, GUESS, Hollister, MCM, Oscar de la Renta, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo and Ungaro. Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.

The Manager of Inventory Reconciliation is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory records through systematic reconciliation processes. This role focuses on identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies, investigating root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. This role collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain synchronized data, support operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in inventory control practices.

This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure inventory accuracy by reconciling inventory transactions at the location level, maintaining accurate reporting of on-hand inventory
  • Collaborate with domestic and international warehouse and filler management teams to address and resolve inventory-related issues
  • Communicate with the Material and Supply Planning Departments regarding new items, location changes, inventory counts, and other relevant updates
  • Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations at assigned locations
  • Manage and review inventory obsolescence to minimize or optimize stock levels
  • Perform daily inventory analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies and address operational challenges
  • Execute inventory adjustments as required
  • Monitor and drive the achievement of inventory management milestones and goals
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience within inventory management and supply chain
  • Prior working experience within the Beauty or CPG industry required

Required Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of inventory policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Experience with with ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Expertise in data analytics, with a focus on inventory data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner with others
