Maintenance Supervisor – 2nd shift 2PM-11 PM

Our client , a growing manufacturer, is hiring a 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor f or their plant in Hazleton, PA.

This role is responsible for overseeing and directing technicians involved in machine or facility repairs, upgrades, and installations. This is a hands-on role ensures that all maintenance activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in a timely manner, maintaining operational integrity and workplace safety standards.

How you will contribute:

• Ensures efficient and minimally disruptive maintenance operations by coordinating schedules and collaborating with departments.
• Lead maintenance planning meetings, analyze downtime trends, and implement corrective measures alongside leadership.
• Manage the CMMS, including estimating labor hours, enforcing process adherence, and maintaining training records for technicians.
• Oversee repair quality, monitor effectiveness through GEMBA reporting, maintain critical spare parts inventory, and supervise troubleshooting efforts.
• Partner with plant management to drive facility improvements and implement advanced maintenance programs such as autonomous maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) utilizing technologies like vibration analysis and ultrasonic diagnostics.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of maintenance experience, in a production environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous maintenance supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
