We are looking for a detail-oriented and proficient Information Input Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data related to our products, inventory, and customer orders. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update data in our internal systems, including product information, inventory levels, and customer orders.
Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Collaborate with other departments to gather and input information.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors.
Maintain and organize electronic and physical files.
Generate reports and maintain records of data input and output.
Adhere to data confidentiality and security policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent typing and 10-key skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of basic mathematical calculations.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
