TVAMP is a fully integrated financial planning and investment management firm located in Knoxville, TN and we are seeking a Financial Advisor to join our firm.

The Financial Advisor will be meeting with existing firm clients and providing holistic financial planning advice. This role is responsible for designing, presenting, and implementing financial planning solutions as well as maintaining client relationships. • Starting salary of $90,000 - $130,000 based on experience, with the expectation to grow over time

Primary Duties:

• Prepare financial analysis for clients that consider their specific preferences, values, goals, and priorities with a vision to accomplish the client's personal and financial goals
• Lead client meetings with the plan to take over client relationships over time
• Delegate client service and financial planning tasks to appropriate team members
• Proactively communicate with clients to maintain relationships and provide excellent service
• Maintain notes, tasks, and activities in Salesforce
• Identify opportunities for client growth and new business

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
• CFP designation required
• FINRA licenses, or the ability/desire to obtain
• 3-7 years of experience as a financial advisor/planner
• Excellent communication skills and have a strong work ethic
• Ability to identify, meet, and follow through with client's needs and requirements
• Must interact effectively with office staff and be a goal-oriented team player
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with our tech would be plus, but not required: Salesforce, eMoney, Right Capital, Holistiplan, Income Labs, Jump AI, Box

Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant who is the hiring manager for this position. If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates will be asked to take assessments.
