Adelphoi has a full-time Facility Technician position available to complete repairs to buildings and fixtures, work as part of a team to construct small capital improvement projects, perform various preventative maintenance assignments, and building safety inspections.
Completes daily work tasks and accompanies other Facilities Technicians on job assignments as assigned by Facilities Operations Dept.
Requirements for a Facility Technician: High School Diploma or equivalent with a preference for trade or vocational training or certificates. Driver's license required.
2 to 3 years working within a construction or maintenance role maintaining facilities, remodeling, or reconstructing physical structures. Background in safety inspections, repairs and safety data collection preferred.
