Job Description

LeadsPedia is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing team in Franklin, TN. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of customer interaction—supporting, guiding, and empowering users while helping us build stronger, smarter customer experiences across the board. This isn’t just a support role—it’s a launchpad into long-term career growth with hands-on experience in SaaS, operations, and Customer Success.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with Customers Daily: Provide exceptional service through LiveChat, phone, email, and support tickets. You'll be a go-to resource for our customers, helping them navigate our platform with confidence.

  • Become a Product Expert: Learn the ins and outs of the LeadsPedia platform so you can assist with troubleshooting, integration setup, and platform optimization. (Don’t worry—we’ll train you thoroughly.)

  • Improve the Customer Journey: Capture feedback, surface trends, and collaborate with the Customer Management and Product teams to improve our product and user experience.

  • Empower Through Education: Create and update user documentation and resources that help customers become self-sufficient and successful.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Support initiatives in customer insights, quality assurance, operations, and learning & development.

  • Grow with Us: This is an entry point with momentum—we’ll help you grow into advanced roles in Customer Success, Product, or Operations based on your interests and performance.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (required).

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally within SaaS, tech, or enterprise environments.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’re great at explaining complex concepts clearly.

  • Problem-solver mindset with a proactive, curious, and adaptable attitude.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%) for conferences or team offsites.
