Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee the ground-up construction and remodel of grocery stores across the DFW metroplex. This opportunity is with a highly respected general contractor that has been a leader in Texas construction for more than 50 years and is consistently recognized among the Top 400 Contractors in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up and renovation grocery store projects.
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality control to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, owners, and design teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Conduct regular site meetings and maintain accurate documentation of daily progress.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction with a focus on grocery store projects.
• Proven track record managing multiple trades on fast-paced projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
