Position Summary
As a Community Manager for this assignment, the expecations will be to manage the day-to-day operations of our newest 55+ Active Adult Communities. Magnolia will be acquiring management over " The Lux at Lewisville ", with it mid-way through it's lease-up period and we're in search of our next property leader.

This position is responsible for supervising Leasing Consultant(s) and collaborating with Maintenance employee(s).
Expected Hours of Work
Hours for this position will be 40 hours work week expectation. A Monday through Friday work-week schedule may be expected. Physical presence at Magnolia properties is required to perform the duties of this position.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate (verbally and in writing), listen, and view documents (both on paper and electronically). The employee regularly uses hands to type, write and manipulate office equipment. This is a largely mobile role that requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping. This role requires occasional operation of a motor vehicle. The employee is regularly required to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment
This job operates in an office environment and residential multi-family units. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and field related equipment.
