We're partnering with a fantastic manufacturer in Manchester , NH that is looking for skilled and motivated CNC Laser Operators to join their growing team! Location: Manchester, NH

Shift: 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Pay: $23-$25/hour (includes shift differential)

Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do

• Operate punch/laser machines to produce precision parts from technical drawings
• Perform quality checks using standard measuring tools
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production running efficiently
• Work across multiple machine types for variety and skills development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficiency with standard measuring tools
• Strong basic math and computer skills
• Self-starter who works well independently and in a team setting
• Bonus: Prior sheet metal or fabrication experience
