Client Support Specialist

What does a successful Client Support Specialist do at Fiserv?At Fiserv, a successful Client Support Specialist provides top-notch support for Merchant Services clients, aiding them in delivering superior credit card and payment solutions to their customers. You will resolve client issues efficiently by focusing on first-call resolution and identifying platform solutions to facilitate business growth. Your interface with clients is via phone calls, email, and online chat, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

What you will do:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day merchant inquiries, ensuring all resolutions are owned and resolved effectively.
• Navigate through various Merchant Services subsystems and TSYS platform applications to research and resolve client inquiries.
• Respond to merchant issues concerning interchange and chargeback compliance, billing, funding, batch detail reports, and e-Commerce products and reporting.
• Support merchants with all aspects of POS/PC equipment and train them on back-office tools as necessary.
• Provide front-line support for our banking partners by performing routine account-related transactions, solving problems, and investigating/resolving a wide variety of issues and requests.

What you will need to have:

• 2+ years of experience with call center policies and procedures.
• 2+ years of experience in contact center/customer service tools.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

What would be great to have:

• Experience with Merchant Services subsystems and TSYS platform applications.
• Knowledge of interchange and chargeback compliance.
• Familiarity with e-Commerce products and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in navigating and explaining BAMS systems.

Salary Range

$31,100.00 - $52,400.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Colorado, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Nevada, Rhode Island and Washington. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

This position is not eligible for an annual incentive opportunity and is also not eligible to earn commissions.
