Role: Agile Coach

Needs a Hands on Scrum Master, Delivery Coach, Technical Agile Coach, Delivery Lead
This is NOT a passive meeting facilitator role. We need a strategic, hands-on Agile Coach who partners with Product Owners and dev teams to remove systemic impediments, mentor teams, and drive measurable improvements.
Responsibilities
• Coach Product Owners on story writing, backlog refinement and stakeholder management.
• Mentor teams to become self-organizing and accountable.
• Proactively identify and remove organizational impediments (cross-team dependencies, silos).
• Facilitate core ceremonies with clear outcomes and follow-through.
• Drive change through data-driven experiments and measurable improvements.
Must-have
• 5+ years as Scrum Master / Agile Coach in complex product orgs.
• Proven ability to identify root causes and implement systemic fixes.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum/Kanban; scaled frameworks (SAFe/LeSS) a plus.
• W2/payroll employment required. Local to Frisco TX, Princeton NJ, or Oakville ON (or willing to be payroll-hired).
