As the company expands, it's time to grow our sales team! We’re looking for an energetic, multilingual, versatile, and knowledgeable Account Executive - to join our sales team in Miami.

Responsibilities

Own the entire lifecycle from basic education, onboarding through closing the deal
Guide clients step-by-step, ensuring a smooth, informed, and timely loan experience.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the entire loan process.
Support our clients and keep close relationships with them
Provide advice and guidance for investment opportunities to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and communicate updates effectively to clients.
Proactively identify and address potential risks or challenges in client relationships.
Represent a knowledgeable, efficient, and professional image of Waltz by handling business and showing a customer-centric attitude.

Requirements

Relevant experience as Account Manager / Account Executive
Experience in the mortgage industry, preferably as a Loan Officer.
Knowledge of financing/real estate purchase process in the United States
Strong verbal/written communication skills in English and Portuguese (from Brazil).
Exceptional customer service orientation with a client focus
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
Highly self-motivated and passion
Experience in managing large transactions - is a plus
